Hello Ms. Alber,
I emailed you yesterday regarding a problem I had with an order placed November 24th.
I just wanted to update you with the fact that no one called me back after my contact today. I was told the wait time to speak to a manager was 10 minutes. I specifically asked if I was assured a call back and the answer was "yes."
This is just not good customer service and I am getting more disappointed in how things are being handled.
I am hoping to hear from you soon
