Hello Ms. Alber,
I am writing with a concern over an order I made on November 24th. The items in the order were personalized so I was not able to cancel the order.
The problem is that I inadvertantly placed the order without using the 20 percent off discount code. I immediantly contacted customer service but the offices were closed.
I contacted them right away the next day, today, in fact. I was on hold for over 20 minutes after I asked to speak with a manager. Then we were disconnected. When I called back the customer service rep I talked with said she was advised by the manager to only offer me a 20 percent discount for the future.
I just feel that this is very poor customer service was hopeful that by contacting you, it could be rectified.
