I have been reading about you today after I read an article in the shelby report about the decision for apple bees to try wood fired grills. I work for a small regional family owned foodservice distributor, Cortland Produce, and have over 20 years experience in the industry. I have a bachelors degree in english and a bachelors degree in accounting, and work as the general manager and accountant for Cortland Produce. I would like to transition to a larger company and feel that my many years in this business has given me a lot of insight and experience you cannot get any other way.
