My Capital One business account and my investment account were closed unexpectedly by Capital One without any explanation except they can. I was also told my Sparks business credit card was being cancelled. I never missed a payment so again it makes no sense. My issue is that I still have a balance I am paying down every month. The interest rate is almost 24%. I don't believe it's fair that I didn't do anything wrong, my account was closed, I'm making payments to bring my balance down to 0 and I'm being charged 24%. I am requesting that you please reduce my interest rate on my Sparks business credit card. I would greatly appreciate that. I can be reached I am always available to speak with someone of authority. Thank you again.
