Hello! My name is Ali. I'm from Karachi (Pakistan). Few days back a bought a Sony Portable Projector (MP - CL1) from a Sony outlet. The condition of the box of projector was not so good, so i asked the salesman to give me a fresh piece. But he ensure me that the projector is 100% in working condition. I paid Rs: 33,500 for that projector. The next day i started using it the result was very good but when i plug it to charge, it was not charging. I also mailed the UAE offials about my problem. This is not my projector my elder brother wants a samsung projector but i suggest him to go for SONY. I am using your products for years. This is never happened before. I also went to that outlet talked to that salesman first he told me that the projector is over charged which is absolutely wrong i only charged it for an hour and how can he give this type of blind statement with out checking the device. Then he told me I'll send this device to the service center they will repair it. I don't want a repaired device, i a need a fresh piece. I bought this device only few days back. He also took the invoice from me and gave me a receiving on his card i can also provide you the picture of invoice etc etc. I also mailed the UAE Office with the reference number but no response. Kindly look into this matter.
