Hello, my name is Anna and I have a TJ account. I am a very proud customer of TJ for years. I recently started shopping online. Today, 11/30 I contacted your online center. I spoke with Holi from Texas, who refused to give me any more information about our call and was so incredibly rude. I was inquiring about my order in which I did not receive my pan. One of the frames came cracked and she was telling me to take the pictures and then it will take 10 days to receive a response. I asked for her contact information because I do not believe she is providing accurate information. She responded "that's fine." I told her that I will be contacting the CEO to notify her that she thinks it is fine. She said to "do just that." Please look into this personally -- I demand an answer and should never be treated like this. I am a loyal customer who has not done anything wrong. I am respectfully requesting a reasonable response . Thank you kindly. Anna
