Hello, my name is Ariana and in April my husband and I got a consolidation loan through PNC. One of the credit cards that was to be paid off somehow was received and cashed at an incorrect bank and was applied well that has yet to be determined. I have been in contact with PNC and Capital One, the bank who cashed the check made payable to Citibank...and I am getting no where other than still having to pay on the credit card that didn't get paid off and paying on the loan I received to consolidate by bills. Any help to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated because I am not a very happy customer at this point in time to put it nicely!
