Hello, my name is Brandon Cox. I am writing in about several issues with your customer service and corporate relations. I CANCELLED this order and was told a full refund would be sent. This is on your terms and conditions. I CANCELLED this order due to it being sent to the WRONG address. I was told by fedex that ALL items have been returned to Wal-Mart and I would receive the refund. I have a reference number to this

These fedex numbers confirm that the items have been returned to your warehouse so I want to know exactly why I have been told that I'm not going to receive the refund?
Also I want to know exactly why I was told that my account includes I'm a disgruntled customer and that I should not receive any refund. I want to know why I was spoken to in a very inappropriate manner and I want to speak with someone in the highest position to handle this. This has been going on since mid July and it's now August and I don't understand why I'm having so many issues. I just want what BELONGS to me! I want to speak with the highest person I can speak with!
