Hello my name is christina my boyfriend and i clifton just sighed up for service and have nothing but a nightmare with this company so far first my note 7 was recalled then wen i went to get a new one the shipment they got was water damaged and had wait another week with this dangerous phone then went in last night to get the replacement and was in the store until 10 pm and still left with my old phone because of issues with the company and no one new what was going on the assistant manager Charles rushing was wonderful he did everything he possibly could the issue was not at store level it was cooperate level and customer care please contact me or your assistant thank you
