Hello,
My name is Christopher and I am looking for a ATV/Motorcycle manufacturer that is interested in increasing their sales in 2017. I intend on opening an "Off Road Riding facility" that will provide motorcycle, 4-wheeler and side by side rentals as well as rider training. I have been an avid rider for over 40 years. This facility will expose potential NEW customers to your machines allowing them to learn how to ride and make an educated decision on the exact type of machine that they would like to purchase. The lucky sponsor will have the opportunity of exposing their machines to thousands of potential customers.

Most people think of off road riding as motocross which is an excellent sport and an absolute blast for the elite few who have the skills for it. I propose to tap into the millions of others customers who want to learn to ride both trail and road bikes. Those that want to enjoy the great outdoors with their family trail riding and camping.

Location:
To be located near Raleigh, NC known as the "Research Triangle" with three major state universities near-by providing an endless stream of customers as well as where the weather permits year round riding conditions.

Amenities:
: Entry level bikes and trail system.
: Entry level tracks.
: Machine wash.
: Maintenance and repair shop.
: Food and Snack shop.
: Camping (both rural and with electric hook ups).

Services:
: Motorcycle, 4 wheeler and side by side rentals.
: Riding instructions for children and adults.
: Motorcycle maintenance instructions
: Possible track-out camps?

The riding training will include basic bike control all the way up to motocross riding techniques. It is my belief that a facility with these services will undoubtedly greatly increase the sales for the brand of machines that are used.
This facility will allow those interested in off road riding the ability to learn how to control the machines and experience the freedom of riding without having to make the typical $3,000.00 to $8,000.00 investment initially. I suspect that the majority of those interested will inevitably purchase a bike or four wheeler after learning how to ride. This will greatly increase the sales for the brand that they learn on.

Myself:
I am a 52 year old motorcycle riding enthusiast, former Communications Operations manager of 25 years for a data communications company, System engineer and current Satellite Operations Supervisor for a broadcasting company as well as a father of three and grandfather of one.
Let me know if you are interested in supporting this endeavor?

Christopher
