Hello my name is Daphne. I sent you a previous email in regards to my layaway being "lost". I am writing again because I never received a response and this matter is very serious, as far as I'm concerned. Will you please update me as to whether you got my email and what your response to it is. I want to stress that I had very important toys in that layaway and I truly feel as if someone intentionally "lost" it. Daphne
