Hello my name is Diana and I have been with Sprint almost 15yrs. I have had many issues but at the end of the day I stuck with Sprint. I am writing because I'm getting very bad customer service from several of the workers you have in the company. I purchased a tablet Oct 2014 and it stopped working a few months afterwards. I returned when I got a chance to and was told they received the tablet in August 2015. From then I have spoken to several csr and pretty much got the run around on a tablet or refund for the tablet. At this point I would just like to be reimbursed for a tablet I barely used and has paid it all off at this point. I have the receipt from when I purchased the tablet and my email from the return center to justify my request. I would like your assistance in taking care of the situation ASAP. Thank you
