HELLO, My name is Greg....I recently ordered a Michael Kors sacho bag through Macies credit card on Wed before Thanksgiving. To where this item was available at this time and was charged to my card. So after the fact I received this email this Michael Kors bag was not available. This bag was for my wife for Christmas..so this is a very disappointing situation...so on Dec 15 I called at 8 pm continued bien placed on hold for an extremly unacceptable amount of time.so I call from my wifes phone where we still get the runaround from workers that keep placing us on.hold....is all I was asking sense this was Macies mistake was to be compinsated for another Michael Kors sachel purse for the amount I paid for the first one......nobody wanted to help me so that is why I'm writing you.....My question is why did the Sachel purse go through if it wasnt available?
