Hello, my name is Howard and I apologize for reaching out to you via Facebook, but I wanted to speak to you about an issue I'm having with your customer service. I spoke to a Blair and a larae that told me I was stupid and told me to shut up and listen. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that they was the highest person in the office. When I mentioned your name they told me they did not care.
The issue is I purchased several items at your website and the items where not in the envelopes and I did not receive the items for my autistic sons birthday. His name is Dylan, and he is 13. He had some gift cards from Christmas he used to make this purchase and he wanted video games but these woman told me they did not care and it's unacceptable. I just want something done about this. I spoke to a donna, a Danielle a, and a barbara who told me they would consolidate the gift cards and add a make good 50 dollar e gift card and sent it to my email which is the reference number I was told by Blair that she was putting my account on block and nothing not to make any refunds because she did not care about my issues. This is completely unacceptable and I wanted to reach out to you and I recently sent in a letter and sent it to your corporate office. I hope I can speak to someone and have this handled please.
