Hello, my name is Jeff McNeil. I have recently had a fairly unfortunate experience at one of your dealerships in Mountain view CA. I had my car towed into the dealership with a starter problem. When I got it back I was told a sensor was out and they did not have one in stock so they left sensor unplugged and sent me on my 380 mile trip back home with my daughter. I was told that the car will be fine and make the trip home. It did not make it home and I was stuck then had to tow my car the rest of the way home. I took my car to my dealer in my town and they found a hole in my valve cover that was causing my issue and not the sensor and that the hole was caused by the tech working on my vehicle. When I called one of your service advisers (Wayne Chan) and was told they had nothing to do with that problem and will not take any responsibility for it. My technician and I felt we were treated pretty rude. I am a business owner too and I feel like mistakes happen and when they do they should be taken care of. I hope you take a look at the BMW dealership you have in Mountain View CA. from what I saw on online feedback there seems to be a service issue there and my issue is with Wayne Chan.

Thank You!
