My Name is Kevin. I wanted to write you concerning my auto loan with your bank. This year I have had 3 late charges against my credit for 30 days late.
This year has been really ruff on me. My father has moved in with me and my wife and two kids. And he is dying from stage 4 colon and prostate cancer. It's also moved into his Bones,Liver kidneys. I've had to help allot with his medical expenses.
Really hate to be late and I do apologize for that. But is there anyway you could please help me remove these 30 day late charges against my credit. This is really hurting me when I need to go buy a house. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
