HELLO MY NAME IS MADELINE. I'M WRITING TO YOU BECAUSE ON SATURDAY 5/7/2016 AN ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO DELIVER FLOWERS TO MY MOMS HOME. SHE NEVER RECEIVED THE FLOWERS. I CALLED 1-800-FLOWERS/ SPOKE TO SEVERAL PEOPLE ON THIS MATTER. SAID TO ME THEY WILL RE-DELIVER THE FLOWERS THE NEXT DAY WHICH WAS MOTHER'S DAY, NO FLOWERS. I CALLED BACK TWICE ON MOTHER'S DAYS, THEY STATED THAT THE DELIVERY GUY WAS OUT AND THE FLOWERS WILL BE DELIVERED . NO FLOWERS. THE THING I DON'T GET IS WHEN I FILL OUT THE FORM ONLINE THEY ASK FOR OUR PHONES NUMBERS, NOBODY BOTHER TO CALL ME OR MY MOM. WHY? THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS. MY MOTHER, MARTHA MILLS WAS VERY DISAPPOINTMENT, AS AM I. NO CALLS AT ALL AND WE WERE BOTH HOME ON BOTH DAYS. . I DON'T THINK I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM YOU GUYS AGAIN. I WILL BE ASKING THEM TO TAKE ME OFF THEIR LIST. I WILL BE SKING FOR A REFUND AND WNT TO BE COMPENSATED. MY MOTHER HAD NO FLOWERS ON MOTHER'S DAY
