Hello,

My name is Mircea , from Constanta, Romania. Initiator and developer of a movie anti theft system (I really love cinemas, movie theaters!)

I have developed a reliable solution which will save hundreds of millions in damage caused by movie piracy and theft (from movie theaters a.k.a. "CAM RIP" theft)
My solution is cost effective, traceable/controllable and easy to implement world wide. Will prevent recording devices to basically steal your movies and publish them online (torrents etc.)

The reality, the fact is that millions of people use torrents (Russia, Asia, Eastern Europe etc.) and the general (by my own estimations) attitude is NOT to go and pay for a movie, after they've seen it as a CAM and wait for the DVD/BluRay (pirated of course) release.
My estimation is that the VR global implementation will take 3-5 years and will be cost inefficient at first, so traditional cinemas are here to stay for some time. Thus, using my idea you will push people (torrent/CAM viewers) into theaters at a rate of 60-90%.

Think of Batman vs. Superman, some have seen it as a "CAM RIP" and said "Naah, didnt like it" or "I've already seen it, will NOT go to Cinema". The sad part is that they were overhyped before the launch and prepared to see it but the "CAM RIP" offered them the occasion to "preview" it and express opinions WITHOUT PAYING A TICKET.
On my calculations, the rate of this phenomena is higher than you might believe.
So, hundreds of millions of dollars are "dodged" this way. This damages you (producers/studios) and cinemas as well. My idea will help both sides, is cheap and easy to implement on a global scale. Also does not cause any conflict of interests or require other high costs (will not cause legal conflicts in ANY country as it is non-intrusive, harmful in any way nor violate any rights, completely harmless). The idea has 3-5 variations, so the best one (after your careful analysis) will be implemented.

The first entity which will meet the necessary criteria, which will help me (help you), will control it and possibly license it or do as wished.
I'm positive that your Legal Department will find the adequate solution/contract to be served alongside with the retainer.
Contact details in the attachment as well as first step details, will not be skipped in anyway as I'm aware of the M.A.T.'s impact and value.

Step 1 + legal contract of your choice:
140.000 Euros deposit/retainer: will allow me to travel to some European Universities and get the missing small parts and build different variations of my idea, also get to meet my employers (you) and develop furthermore with the aid of your team. Alongside with a 6 to 12 months employment or other collaboration contract issued by your legal department.
Demonstration prototype within 60 days. Delivery of all versions in 120 days. There will be more versions as soon as I get moving, reducing costs as much as possible. The production cost/cinema is between 50-200$ depending on the manufacturers chosen, I have a list with potential manufacturers.

Step 2:
660.000 Euros on completion: with the initial deposit, I am opened for an agreement which will grant you 100% control of the process technology, full intellectual propriety and entitle me for the amount.

The sum is decent, considering the potential savings and income granted by M.A.T.
Those tens, hundreds of millions of unpaying "CAM viewers" will once more PAY for a ticket, with no other alternatives and supported by the hype that effective marketing produces. This will end the "Torrent CAM/RIP" theft and you will be the sole beneficiary. I have other similar, viable plans disclosed after we get to meet.

Greatest respect,
Mircea
