My name is Talisa I have been a citi mortgage customer for nearly three years. I Have had some setbacks regarding my account. However I am asking you for your help. I have been dealing with two customer service representatives of the executive response unit regarding the removal of two late payments one Ms. Debra Wade and the other Ms Kendra have fax over bank statements and a letter from my banking institution regarding this matter. UNFORTUNATELY they have been unable to amend my credit report. I am currently seeking an opportunity at my current place of employment and as a part of the vetting process they investigate your credit. Please if theirs anything you can do please advise.
