Hello, my name is Thomas Nathaniel Spoon and i am currently a student at ECPI University, recently I had to do a assignment in my customer service class to look into the customer service of a company of to see how they where they could be lacking. And i am currently writing this email because of i was given an assignment to actually email a company and turn in the email and the response. While I was looking into the reviews of the company I have noticed they while the product consumer part of the company is doing well, but where i saw lacking is within the employment side. The major issues that i had seen were employees felt that there were problems with the way supervisors handled questions from floor workers, the break times for bathrooms and stress relief seems to lack the proper attention to make employees feel productive while at work, worried about betting late and penalized for it. the supervisors have been said to show little concern to help with problems other then to give a floor worker a one word answer before walking away after the worker had waited for 10 to 15 minutes due to them not being directly over that person. after giving a little bit of insight of what to look for within the layers of the company i would like to lend a bit of advise to use for current or future employees would be to not treat customers and employees as cash cows but as human beings. maybe you could look into reworking how things are done around each of the companies that you are over and find as way to make working there more enjoyable for the employees and not so stressful. to get back to me you can either email to the email listed or to my personal email of icyinfection@gmail.com. thank for taking the time to read my email and i hope it would hope improve your company reputation.
