I am not sure what is occurring with the customer service with Dunkin Donuts. I always go to Dunkin Donuts - its on my way to work. I reloaded my card and now it is showing disabled. I was charged 20$ for this reload but the card is now disabled- I tried to get someone on the phone and I was on hold for over 45minutes before I hung up I have emailed twice... not reply- I have been to dunkin 4 times since the card is deactivated and I believe I should have those points added to my account. Please help- Information below.
