Hello, Please note, I will be forwarding a copy of this to David Long, CEO – David H Long email address

Jeremy sent a message to David Long – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group Email Address that said:

Hello,
Please note, I will be forwarding a copy of this to David Long, CEO; J.Paul Condrin III, Commercial lines; and James F Kelleher, Cheif Council; as well as the Ohio Department of Insurance.

On July 14, 2016, your insured, James Watson, driving an 18 wheeler, changed lanes into my lane over a solid white line, and sideswiped me. He proceeded to flee the scene when I stopped, and exited my vehicle in an attempt to confront him, call the police, and deal with the accident.

I had to chase your driver to Home Depot, where he finally stopped, and acknowledged that an accident had occurred. Please see the copy of the Ohio State Highway Patrol accident report number  for the very detailed account of the hit and run your insured perpetrated. I understand your insured was also sited for the accident he caused when he changed into my lane into my vehicle. I called and filed my claim against your drive that same day..

A week later, I finally received one call from the adjuster, Kristen from asking for a call back. I left her messages (3 on July 18; and 3 on July 19) with no response, although her outgoing voice mail message promises a call back by "the end of the business day for any messages received." Your adjuster being no help, and unresponsive, I was able to find her supervisors name, Richard He has been no help either. He has yet to return a call as promised, but does at least answer his line about half of the time. He has indicated over the last 3 weeks, in 3 conversations, that you guys have yet to determine fault for the accident. Is this a joke!? Your insured FLED THE SCENE of an accident! Apparently your insured is fighting his citation(s) related to the accident, and has a continuance out to the 18th of July. Richard is trying to tell me that you guys are going to hold off of determining fault (again, what a joke, my 3 year old could figure that out) until this process is complete. I will not wait any longer.

If I do not hear back from someone at Liberty Mutual that the claim is approved and moving forward by the end of business on Monday, I will file suit against Liberty Mutual, the driver, and the trucking company on Tuesday for the damages plus legal costs and anything else my legal team can think of to make this hurt for you and all parties named. I personally can not wait to get into a court room and talk about how he left the scene! And I bet its not this drivers first accident, probably this year by the looks of his truck! I am a respected commercial banker in the Cincinnati area, and already plan to make sure none of my clients ever use your company. To that end also, I can not wait to stand in a court room across from your insured and make him look like the fool he is and you are for fighting a clear hit and run incident. I can not see how you don't understand that with what he did, you are dead to rights. Pay up and move on before I redirect the headache youve caused me back with you and all other parties involved.

How about doing the right thing, like your endless commercials preach!?

Please respond by the end of business on Monday to avoid further action against you.

Sincerity,

Jeremy
