Do you plan to move some of Central Shops to China , would it prove to be feasible? It seems that new load of work on Character Head Department is straineous in terms of workers abilities and motivation, outdated methods, and lack of space. It is better to leave CHD to work just for the parks located in USA, delegating the rest of work to Shanghai. Plus, China has cheaper but more meticulous labor force, unpempered by Workers Unions to the stangnant condition of sabotaged progress. CHD is known for unreasonable overuse of overtime, 12 hour days, and Saterdays, turning the facility into a sweat shop like place except costing company more than needed.
CHD became place where diversity is undermined, it's Latino power that sprouts sublime favoritizm, and discrimination of other minorities.
Do you plan to buy out the various newly sprouted theme parks in other countries to make them part of global entertainment or is it all about ears?
Do you think that hiring people from China would give new flow of blood to the Central Shops? May be the xchange program of cast members between Shanghai and Lake Buena Vista can be organised? The transfusion is definitely needed.
