Recently my phone s7 edge exploded. It was such a scary moment . I was texting my husband n all of sudden it exploded and I didnt know what to so I threw the phone on the bed. My bedsheet got burnt too. Smoke alarms start ringing and my bldg staff came upstairs for inspection. My one yr old daughter was on bed only . She started crying . I held her in my lap and left the room. It was such a scary moment for both of us. We took the phone to Samsung shop at mall of the Emirates( Dubai ) and submitted the phone. They told us that they have sent the phone in Seoul. Its been a week but still no contact. You are a owner of Samsung and am sure customer safety is ur first preference but it really disappointed me as I am a loyal customer of Samsung. I didnt share it on social media so as to prevent creating bad Image of the brand. But me being a human obviously want some sorta compensation. I am writing it to u as u r an owner and I really want u to fulfill my one and only wish in my life. I want to buy my own house in Brisbane Australia and for that I want 1000k Australian dollars. Everyone told me that the max Samsung ppl will do is give u a new phone as ur old one was still in warranty. But ur phone exploded n it cud take have burnt my baby who I love the most , me or the apartment. So if u can compensate it , I will be thrilled with excitement n happiness. If not then also its ok.
