Hello sir. I am contacting you on behalf of my neighborhood. We have started a petition to get Charter extended down our road and have 80 people ready to switch to charter. However when I took the petition to the local office they scanned and emailed it to the service department on July 27th. I stopped in the office today to check on anything as I could not get a local phone number and they still have not ward anything from the service department. I beginning to think there is a serious lack of communication in this company. If your office could contact me back I would be happy to send you a copy of the petition and discuss this matter with headquarters. Thank you so much for your time
