I am contacting you personally in regards to a failure of Citizens Bank to provide me a clear title for a car I had paid off. I was rudely treated and hung up on by different personell at Citizens Auto, I filed a formal complaint which was received by Corporate. I have been in contact with Micah without any satisfaction.
Before I file a written complaint to you, could you personally contact me to discuss this dilemma prior to me filing a formal complaint with the BBB and the federal reserve.
