Hello Sir, I have been a PODS customer for over two years. I really need some advocacy. Customer service is rude, I get a different answer from different people. They debited my account without permission. No one ever calls back when they say they will. Now it seems my PODS (2) are being held hostage. If you would please provide some assistance for my family and I as all of our belongings are in these PODS. Please help.
