Hello sir, I have been fighting with your company since Apr.7 2016 regarding this amount. I purchased some items from Ulta beauty cosmetics and never received my items from UPS. I have contacted Ulta, UPS and Paypal credit with no prevail. I have talk to countless people and have gotten no help, all I am asking if for my refund. I am not going to pay for something I did not receive. I have been going through the steps of filing a dispute, and appeals. So please help me with this issue. Thank you.
