Hello sir,
I really need your help. I purchased a 65 inch TY on 9:8/16  yo be delivered between 12-4p to 1756 North Bayshore Miami Fl. Garrett at the Fort Myers Page Field office was excellent when I made the purchase. However, the delivery person management were clearly not following my tume request as they tried to deliver yhe TV at 9am. I gave clear instructions that I did bot have the service elevator until 3-6 as this is a 50 story high rise. Even Mimi and Dave the delivery manager think the delivery driver tried to deliver the product at noon. I have confirmation from both security and the leasing agents that the delivery was attempted at 9am. In addition, I gave instructions to Best Buy delivery that the leasing agents could aign and securely store the TV until the elevayor was available.

Garrett the store manager who sold me the TV sent an escalation ticket to have the TV delivered at the original scheduled time. The manager Dave would not return my call. Now today I am at the Best Buy at Miami Beach trying to get the TV I paid for delivered and he too says all he can do is send an escalation ticket. He also informed me that it has been rescheduled for delivery on 9/12. No one has contacted me about this date and time. I have yo schedule the service elevator to accept this delivery.

Long story short your delivery service is not listening to me and following the delivery schedule. More importantly they have rescheduled the delivery wihout discussing it with me. I am going to cancel my purchase and find an electronic store that will deliver the product I pId for more than 2 weeks ago and they will deliver it at a time I request. I was a liyal customer of tour store and spend on average $30k or more a year at your store. You have lost my business at this point moving forward. No one in your business cares about delivering the right product at the right date and time delivery is scheduled.
