where the cancellation stamp is there I signed, but ask Mr Hansdeep whether he told about what is the Booking Amount , Cancellation Policy till he charged the card, (For same I requested you to go through CCTV Footage of your store), later when he asked me to sign the form, on looking at the 50% Cancellation Policy, I questioned him why he never told me before charging the card, he only had a smile as an answer, I never imagined that at reputed places, this kind of working will be there in case the customer defers the decision of Buying.

He in fact asked me to give any amount , It could have been 10,000 or 20,000 , but I was the one who said charge 50000 as I was so sure about the Brand Harley, that my money will be safe , but It seems that because of junior inexperienced and lack of briefing/training of staff the customers are put on default and Brands who worked hard to reach a level suffers.

Kindly cancel the booking,and take the decision as it pleases you and your company, coz it seems lot of eagerness towards cancellation charges rather than looking in the facts I stated,
