im sorry its came to this, first of all your client nikki tele operator twice in same year has treated me with what i call disrespect. i am a christian and i feel i only get angry when people fobe me off. about 6 months ago a operator told me they added a bundle that gave me 300 mins to 08 numbers. this never happened, i also used a text service to get eruo 3 pounds a day deal in iceland i arrived home with 150 if not more bill. im being told this is not vodafones fault but surely someone not adding what i requested is thneir fault. i was left for 30 mins by nikki with her head set laughing ect pretending to get superviser. then i shouted down phone im reporting you she idatly picked head set up and said i couldnt talk to superviser.10/2/16 around 1pm i am still on phone 56 -inutes noone willing to accept that maybe they made the mistake. this wouldn't be the first i was proven right maybe year back and refunded money. i have 102.34 in my bank account i cant afford these ;istakes and being told i8ts my fault and kept on hold for 20/30 mins at time for someone to come back and say noone there. im sorry but thats around 200 to 400 pounds and then the 1hr and half phone call which im still on. please can you help this mistake on your companys behalf, everyone makes mistakes i understand im not angry at tht it is that nothings being done and im being told its my fault. i hate ad;itting i; poor but i cant let this ruin my credit im sick of loans to pay 130 pound phone bills and then theres the other 4 on top of that. i stuck with vodafone because everything was done now and then now its not done at all and cus i suffer from bad mental health its making me unwell.
