Hello Sir, im writing to let you know that your call center for your company is rude and unkind and this is the second time Ive had a problem with your call-center . I call to find out about your offerings when it comes time to resubscribe and the people are so rude and impatient that I end up getting upset back a girl hung up on me today. Because I didnt like the way she was talking to me and I asked to speak to a manager when I call back the next person I asked to speak to a manager sent me to someone in China . When I finally reach the call center manager he wouldnt even give me his last name and made excuses for the people that work under him which made me believe that maybe he wasnt even a call center manager I have to tell you I bought two vehicles with XM radio in them and Ill never call your call center ever again to renew anything and I dont like your company and youll never get another red cent from me and I will not have anything kind to say about your company these people dont care how they treat you and thats a problem for me .
