Hello Sir. My name is Joshua i filed a claim for stolen cell phone which were stolen from my employee on a job. Assurant sollutions said the claim was denied because of a small clause about infidelity. I wasnt given any information at what to say on the description so i had said my employees couldnt return the phones to me. They were stolen. But there have been MULTIPLE claims prior to me the business owner of Y Y Detailing LLC puting in the final claim to get back the phones that were stolen from me inevitably. Im very frustrated because stolen is stolen and it is covered on my contract they were stolen prior to my claim. This can be researched and verified. Is there something that you can do.
