My wife seems to be having a hard time getting this deal to come through with your employees.
I will copy and paste. They said something about matching a claim or deal and are having a hard time with my wife in doing so.
"Good evening! I submitted a claim form on 11/28/16 regarding a stay I have coming up this Friday 12/2 - Monday 12/5. I found a better deal for the Sheraton a few miles away and I wanted to see if you could price match.
My total with taxes comes to 352.14.
Groupon has a deal with the Sheraton in Columbia in which my total (with taxes) comes to 282.54.

I was wondering if Hilton could match this price? I sent this request on 11/28/16 and was told "you will hear from Guest Assistance by email or telephone call within 24 hours of submitting you claim." Unfortunately, it has been 48 hours and I have not heard anything. I was hoping to hear by now so if need be I would have time to cancel my DoubleTree by Hilton reservation and book the Groupon/Sheraton deal instead.
As you can see above she is also a Hilton member.
