Hello sir we have shopped at Costco for the last couple years and Brandywine Maryland I saw your special order for the garage doors. We were very interested I called and set up an appointment the appointment was 56 minutes ago I have not heard from the company. I have been on the phone on hold for 35 minutes trying to find out about my appointment. My husband and I are also in business for 39 years and we've rearranged our schedules to be home for the 6 p.m. appointment.
