Hello sir: We periodically frequent McDonald's. As a linehaul driver who use to drive over the road, I know McDonald's standards. I have been to really fabulous ones and the whole experience I enjoy. Sitting relaxing with fresh,hot food...watching TV and relaxing. Living in Baton Rouge,La. our McDonald's experience is far from that. The workers are loud,distracting,TV is off,food is not fresh,not hot,fries color and taste is off. Grease from not being changed. Not asking alot here just maybe someone can be proactive in giving us back the cool,great place we have come to enjoy. Every table was filthy,and no did not check restrooms. Appreciate your attention. Coursey Blvd. is our location. Great location, can be a cash cow, but not with these conditions. Thank you.
