Hello Sir,My name is Jeremy Sayer and up until today,I was a loyal – Carlos Ghosn email address

Jeremy sent a message to Carlos Ghosn President and CEO, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. that said:

Hello Sir,
My name is Jeremy Sayer and up until today,I was a loyal employee of Grant ward Nissan Alexandra, here in New Zealand. It is with regret that I must inform you that the manager of this franchise is wrecking the good name of Nissan in our area.I have been working for Grant ward Nissan for over 1 year now and I have never worked for a more selfish and disrespectful manager. We have the highest turn over for staff and the lowest moral amongst the staff that I have ever seen.Today, after serious consideration,I handed in my notice to Grant Constable, who is the manager. He snatched my notice from me and then went about attacking me saying that I was responsible for destroying his business and that he will take everything from me through the courts. On top of that he has told me that I will not see a cent of the money owed to me and is accusing me of not returning a work shirt, which I was never given.
I have worked very hard for this franchise and have taught myself things like the consult diagnostic and the PDI protocols.I have just recently acquired my WOF ticket to further enhance sales numbers for the work shop.I also need to put to your attention the fact that the work place enviroment is in an unsafe condition. All the hoists we work on are 1 year out of date for their certification and one hoist has damage to one of the lifting arms.I had to walk off with my tool box today.I could not even feel safe or confident to carry out my 3 weeks notice period.Grant Constable is an unstable man and is doing harm to Nissans good name.Even though I have ceased employment with him,I feel that I owe you a report of the damage being done to a company that you obviously work so hard to make the best.Grant Ward Nissan is not emulating your vision or helping uphold the Nissan way.
Thank you for your time.

Yours truthfully

Jeremy
