hello, sorry to bother you with this. I ordered a hoody for my grandson on December 8th online. it is now December 24th and the item still hasn't arrived. This hoody was to be a Christmas present. After over 2 weeks with no email stating why the delay, I am totally disgusted with the Gap. I will never order online or go to your stores again. I ordered something from bath and body and received my items within 2 working days. This also holds true for other companies I have dealt with. Again, I am sorry to send this gripe but felt you should be aware of what is going on with your company. Thank you.
