Hello there,
I am struggling a lot dealing with the mortgage team of Suntrust in Virginia. I have been asked to provide lots of ridiculous documents. I sent the some documents several times, but they still ask me to repeat doing it.
Is this because I am a Chinese, please? I have a good academic job, and I want to buy a house. I have 25% downpay and a credit score over 700. But the underwriter kept asking me for different documents, which I know that other bank doesn't need it at all.
If this is the case, then I am definitely not recommending Suntrust to any of my friends or colleagues because I don't want them to go through the same process with me. It is torture.
