I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for one of your Capital One employees. Her name is Yana and she is with internet tech support.
I have been trying for at least 3 weeks to set up my credit card account, ending in 4357, on line. With each try I was told that they would send me a code via eMail….however, no mail ever came….I was then told that Cap one was having trouble sending eMails to aol accounts. So, it became frustrating.
Well today I lucked out and got Yana on the phone and guess what – I AM NOW ON LINE WITH MY ACCOUNT. She worked with me, tried several different things and then it happened – I AM connected.
Employees like her are priceless……please convey my appreciation to her. Oh, and when I get fantastic customer service I usually suggest that the great employee should get a raise……..but……I will leave that to you.
I am enjoying my Capital one card….
