Hello there I bought a 2014 focus and took it back several times even 2 weeks after I bought it from Pollard in Lubbock for issues. They fixed one and said they could not duplicate the others. Then it really started to mess up. I took it back and then they told me it was electrical issues. Then they told me I had a rat infestation on this car. I told them that car had been going in since I bought it for the problem how do I know they did not come from the dealership since there are rat traps all around that dealership. They did a trade on that car and told me I had to get another 2014 focus this was April 03 2015 the only one they had left was a Titanum. I got flipped upside down but really had no choice. My payment went from 462 to 600 I never made a late payment and its finaced threw ford motor. Now my new 2014 focus both same year has been in 2 of dealers shops for 2 car payments. I am told its one thing and it never fixes it. The motor makes a wiered noise when parked anywhere from 5 min to all night long all electric stuff does wiered things. The seat warmer stays on at night on cold nights even when turned off. They changed the sweitch worked fine then started back up again. The drivers fogg light blinks burnt orage at me and the passanger one dint even turn on at all. Level land told me it had a short. The fog lights will twinkle at night when car has been off they blink after the car has been off for hours. The radio will change stations by its self the radio will turn off by itself. They reprogramed it not once but twice. I was told the relay was never positioned in all the way and it was shorting out so southplains ford in levelland put it in all the way. The ac vent on drivers side one will not adjust to the desided temp when dropped it stays at the passangers side temp. I was told could not duplicate. Brought home everything started happening again. I called corprate office was told to take in to another dealership for a second opinion. So I did Geene Messer finally I was given a rental they have had my car a week and 2 days today. Was told could not duplicate. I took a vidio of the noise my car makes and took it with me the advisore said he never heard anything like same with the machanic. The service manager said the same thing. I went passed there today and I was told my car is taken all apart in the back and they are looking at grounds that maybe grounds were not put in right. Now how can a relay and ground not be put in all the way come on what else might not have been put in all the way the car scares me and I have a daughter what is going to happen if it catches on fire with all the electric issues with me and my daughter in it. Or if it catches my house on fire what am I to do park at the end of my drive and walk a half acre up. Really the stress being told one thing and it never being fixed this car should be distroyed. Then being told they never have heard of this before. I found two other 2014 ford focuses with same issues in 2 other states. They have vidios I saved them and the compants. The corprate office told me there was no option for me but they would pay one car payment or trade in offer. I looked into that at Geene Messer and they wanted to flip me 19000 one this car and put me in a 27000 basic truck cause I dont want another Focus I dont trust them and after the flip it was going to be 50000 total and a payment of 875.00 thats horrable how customers are being treated a basic truck. I told Dawn at the corprate office all I want tis for ford to make it right she told me they have no other options for me no buy back no start over forgive loan nothing. The cars miles were 14000 when brought in at the begining gas get used up from dealerships driving it witch is fine if they fixed it now I dont trust it at all or any focus thats 2 2014 focus in my possetion in a years time both with electric issues. Something is not right I have ivdioes of my car and the other 2 documented on the internet. We are a ford family and ford dosent even care to make it right. How is this good buisness. Im not sure should I call the bbu or compain to the news stations or even all over social media I have not done it yet but thats 3 dealership names smeard and fords name. I do not want to put my child in this car or even drive it what happens if we die in it. Then its on ford. Since its been in the shop 2 months 3 times and im still paying on time. I hope maybe you will not take this lightly. Remember I have pictures and vidioes. Also I have pics of the rats nest in the engine of the car from pollard ford of a rats nest im sure you do not want that to get out. PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU MAKE IT RIGHT. I do not want to go to another company im afraid of this car buy it back and distroy it. Im happy to send the pics and vidios but I can not link it in this email. The advisor when showed the other two cars videos said yes that its the noise my car is making its odd please take this car back. Thank you Desiree
