Hello. Under good faith I purchased a samsung refrigerator at Home Depot and within a little over 15 months it went out. I went thru the authorized repair service company that samsung told me to call. It was determined that part of the problem was under warranty and part was not. Samsung agreed to give me a refund on the refrigerator. The whole refund process has been unbelievably frustrating with samsung. They do not do what they say they will or do it when they say. Ive talked to over a dozen representatives and have to go back to square one each time with the refund process. This all started the first week of June and my refund has still not been processed. My family of four has used an ice chest for almost three months. My last contact with samsung was a week ago and they assured me my refund would be processed in 10-15 days. We lost several hundreds of dollars in ruined groceries and also had to pay for the diagnostic service call. We are also out the tax on the refrigerator. Im hoping to be able to get a new one in the very near future once they process the refund. Being that Home Depot seems to carry a vast amount of samsung refrigerators, I wanted you to
know the lack of customer service that was provided by Samsung.
Thank you for your time,
Jamie Parks
