I am sorry to bother you (or whoever reading this) but I have a problem. I am from Istanbul, Turkey I ordered Iphone 7 plus 128 gb black one month ago. However I haven't get my phone phone, yet. I called customer service too many times but whenever I call them, they say you have to wait or we will call you back. But nobody called me. Nobody tries to solve my problem except the guy from the store. But he is not able to solve my problem. And the disgusting part is, after they made contract with me, they say we don't have Iphone 7 plus 128 gb black but they are still selling it online. This is so disturbing. Vodafone is big company, I shouldn't be in this situation. Please solve my problem.
