Hello, We are a family that lives in the Georgia mountains,, my mom who is 79 has direct tv.. Whenever we talk to customer service, the people are very difficult to talk with, they talk over you like they do not hear what you are saying,, they act very bullish.. I dont want my mom to call them because they give her the runaround,, I know that is a sales tactic,, but not for an elderly woman.. So I am asking you Mr White, to consider a request.. the price went up It is really unaffordable to my mom.. we dont want to have to switch to dish every two years, then direct then dish just to get a better price..
