Hello, we moved down to Texas 4 yrs ago and have been with time warner since, up in Illinois we were with Charter for over 20 yrs, and have been happy with the service. Recently the promotion we were under expired and we tried to lock down a different one to keep our price the same. I called 3 different times and got no help in keeping my price the same. This is very important to me because my wife is disabled due to breast cancer and spends a lot of time watching TV and using the internet. we also are limited on our budget because of her illiness.
