Hello. Your store is not helping me and harassing me. I bought a robot dog for my son at Christmas and it didnt work. I used kohls cash that they applied as a credit and it was on sale. It didnt work at Christmas. They insisted that I pay for another at full price and return the other and the order would be adjusted once they received return. They sent me another BROKEN and OPENED BOX toy that was missing pieces and they did not adjust my account. I called and they told me they would not adjust amount but would offer me a credit for the difference. The toy was supposed to cost me just over $50 and now I am being asked to pay $160 or so. I do not want a credit. I m not returning something. I was grossly overcharged and underserviced. They are calling me relentlessly now for payment but when I try to resolve I am spending an HOUR on the phone each time and resolve nothing. Please take care of this.
