Sharon Lewis sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung - email address that said:
I am contacting you to make a complaint about a Samsung product I bought but never got the chance to use. I bought the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge but but within a couple of days it fell off the arm of my sofa and broke. Your head office in England said tgetre was nothing they could do for me and they wouldnt fix it. My complaint is that your most recent tv advert makes you believe the phone is very robust but it isnt and so your advert is very misleading. I have always had a Samsung phone but now I am looking at other products instead. I can ill afford to buy another phone as my husband has had to be medically returned due to kidney failure but he said I needed a treat and the new phone was my treat. I feel very let down by Samsung UK especially as I have been a loyal Samsung customer over the years.
I know that nothing will come of my complaint but I felt I had to speak out and let you know of my disappointment in my Samsung product.
