I recently had major surgery I am receiving non-stop call from Anthem BCBS about a enrolling in health program. Today (42/25/2017) alone I received three calls about this program. Every time I continue to have to explain I dont want the calls and ask to be removed! Each time they tell me the previous person didnt do their job to have to calls stopped. Ive had this program and found it to be of NO BENEFIT! In the last week I must have received six to seven different calls from Anthem BCBS. In my mind this is harassment and I will be filling a formal complaint with my Attorney Generals office. Each time they call, they wake me up while I am trying to recover. Can you please tell me what it takes to make this stop forever???? Please contact me ASAP about this matter at 425-923-0075. I would love it if the actual CEO could call me and apologize for this harassment personally. But I know this wont happen. Please let me know by tomorrow this has been cared for. I will also be e-mailing my companies HR EVP to tell her what has happened and how disappointed I am.
