I tried calling but after staying on the phone for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer is crazy. I am a Harley guy as my wife is a Harley girl. We both have an excess of 10k ea in Harley clothing. For my birthday in may my wife bought me about 13 shirts from Harley 9 from on line and 3 from Maverick Harley. One of the shirts from Maverick does not fit right. I called the store and she said she wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee? I do not want my money back just an exchange. It still has tags , never worn.
I guess you guys have shirts made at different locations or slim fit and do not tell people that?
You can look me up and see how much I have spent at Harley locations across the united states..and to have this happen. Where is the customer service at? And to think we buy your product and the size changes without notice or someone in the store looking out for us on what we buy. Just collect the money and inconvenience of an exchange. Not even a return. How much is your time worth?
