Hello,
My husband and have been customers for many years. Recently we canceled our service in the beginning of July as the cost has become too high. Well for some reason we are being charged a late fee and a fee for the containers to be picked up total 102.05 dollars . That is ridiculous since we were paying monthly for the containers and we have to pay a fee for your company to pick up your containers ???? How criminal is this? We called a customer service person who was extremely rude. So far I have reported this to consumer affairs and listed this on every review I could find ! I will publicly let everyone I know to stop service with republic services !
I know you probably do not care but I will get the word out there
